Unfortunately I was unaware that LWFA existed until I heard it on Central News, after which my husband and I attended. It’s the best thing I did, I wish I’d known about it earlier, especially in the summer. I’ve multiple sclerosis and find exercising on the bikes very helpful. We will definitely be there in 2023.
